Object information

Physical description

A symmetrical wooden boomerang, rounded at both ends, one end with a double band incision, and the other with hatching to form a textured grip. The anterior surface is incised with a linear motif of a centerpede or serpent, which has double lines with darts interspersed, and infill of straight lines and cross hatching which follow the form. There is a drill hole at one end, and a cream adhesive label with scalloped edges which reads "[...]o / 69".
